Our answers to any questions are based on our experiences and practices throughout our journey.  We would like to make you aware that we are not qualified vets and if you need medical answers or advice, we strongly encourage to seek your nearest veterinarian.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
We try to process you order within 7 to 10 days. If you need your order earlier please get in contact with us. 
Do you really bake to order?
As we pride ourselves with baking to every order, that is why it can take about 7 to 10 days for your order to be processed. We make sure when you receive your order it has the longest shelf life as possible.
How long do the treats last for?
If you constantly have the treats in an air-tight container and store them in a cool dry place, the treats can last on average 2-3 weeks. You can store our treats in the fridge and if you keep moisture away then they will last longer.  We dehydrated each treat to reduce the moisture and prolong the shelf life of the treats
If treats are exposed to moisture the shelf life can deteriorate quicker. We recommend transferring our treats into a airtight container if you have one as then you can keep an eye on your treats.
Do you ship internationally? 
We are not currently offering international shipping.
How many treats can I give my dog in one day?
Treats should never make up more than 10% of your dogs daily food intake.
How can I make the treats last longer?
Personally for my current puppy, I put the bite size treats in puzzles or toys that can hide the treats. For my other dog I break a medium treat up into 2-3 times and slowly give it her throughout the day or within our training sessions.
How are you packaging the treats?
Our treats will be in airtight sealed bags as soon as they cool down from being baked and dehydrated.
How long does Shipping Take?
Express Shipping takes between 1-4 business days

What is local delivery?
Local delivery is a service we have on offer, for Metro & some parts of Regional Sydney. If you are need a delivery quicker and you are close to our delivery zone we may provide local delivery. Please contact us to find out more.
How do I know if I am in the local delivery radius?
When putting in your shipping address at checkout, if you are within the radius of the business than the option will become available. 
Alternatively if you get in contact us via our Instagram Page or Contact us Page we will be able to check you eligibility
